The Brad Baso Collective of Nourish Real Estate is a fast-paced, growing real estate team serving both the North Georgia Mountains and the Atlanta metro area. We provide modern real estate services to buyers, sellers, and investors with a laid-back luxury experience. Our clients work with us because of our team's relentless pursuit of fulfilling their goals, and our top-notch, individualized service. Nourish Real Estate is powered by Radius Agent, a technology-driven brokerage designed around the agent experience. Our team works with clients looking to buy, sell, or build their primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. We serve developers in representing entire communities.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Entrepreneurial people with a Georgia real estate license or working toward that goal. Someone looking for a strong “second act” career built on their previous transferable experience in consulting, sales, or marketing coupled with a passion for service. As a trusted expert, you'll provide guidance and education to clients who are at varying points of their real estate journey. You'll adapt your style and pace of work to meet the needs of the client. You are as committed as we are to increasing home ownership in under-represented populations. Real estate agents who are familiar with the nuances of the second-home buyer/seller and investor mindsets and success in working through the details of these unique transactions are especially. As is the case with most real estate agents, pay is 100% commission-based at closing and provided by the broker.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities

  • Market yourself and the team as the go-to resource for real estate to facilitate vacation and investment home purchases and sales
  • Learn clients’ real estate needs and support them on their home-buying journey, leading to a successful close on their transactions
  • Educate clients on the the home buying/selling process
  • Effectively partner with administrative assistant, transaction coordinator, marketing, team leader, and broker to remove barriers to a successful close
  • Nurture past clients to stay top of mind
  • Develop original content (e.g. blogs, videos, white papers, infographics) to advance the brand of the team and educate clients
  • Participate in team and brokerage trainings, meetings, and events

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Cultural competency and demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population of clients, vendors, and team members
  • Experience as a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and become a member of a local Board of Realtors
  • Understanding of real estate market trends at a local, regional, and national level
  • Detail orientation in service to superior client experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours to meet client needs
  • Dedication to the success of the team and your fellow agents
  • Fluency with the various processes involved in real estate transactions, and the faculty to assist clients to move through these processesConnections with other agents in popular vacation destination to serve clients looking for referrals outside of our geographies
  • Familiarity with the second-home and investment purchase and sale journey
  • Familiarity with the financial measures used by investors to evaluate deal feasibility
  • To demonstrate good community stewardship and to protect team and client health, we require proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Commission Split

Team splits are competitive and based on your previous experience. They are designed to reward tenure with the team so that as you grow your business you can stick with the team that helped you get there.
